How Does an Automatic Screw Conveyor Work?

The Automatic Screw Conveyor mainly consists of three parts: the conveyor body, the inlet and outlet, and the drive unit. Its operation can be broken down as follows: the drive motor generates power, which is transmitted to the screw shaft through a reducer, driving the screw blades to rotate. When the screw rotates, the material enters the enclosed casing through the inlet. Under the action of its own weight and the friction of the casing wall, it does not rotate with the screw, but slides forward along the helical surface of the screw blades like a nut.
