The Resin Powder Inclined Screw Conveyor mainly consists of a drive motor, a reduction gear transmission assembly, a screw shaft, screw blades, a sealed conveyor cylinder, an inlet, an outlet, and a frame support structure. The components are compactly assembled, the cylinder is highly airtight, and the overall structure is stable. The tilt angle can be adjusted for installation according to site conditions.

The Resin Powder Inclined Screw Conveyor relies on the motor and reducer to output power, driving the internal screw shaft and blades to rotate at a constant speed. Resin powder enters the cylinder cavity from the inlet. Due to its own gravity and the friction of the cylinder wall, the resin powder does not rotate synchronously with the blades. The rotating blades continuously generate axial thrust, overcoming the gravitational component of the inclined conveying force, steadily pushing the powder material upwards along the inclined cylinder, and finally discharging it orderly from the outlet.
