For extreme wear conditions, the blade surface can also be welded with a wear-resistant layer or sprayed with tungsten carbide, which increases the service life by 3-5 times.
Conveying trough body: The trough body material is also rich and diverse. Carbon steel tank is economical and practical, suitable for general industrial environment; 316L stainless steel or fiberglass tank with polytetrafluoroethylene or rubber lining can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive materials such as chemical raw materials, sewage sludge, etc., and the acid and alkali corrosion resistance is increased by 90%; for high-temperature materials, heat-resistant steel tank with high-aluminum ceramic or cast stone lining can withstand high temperatures below 600℃.
