A motor-driven reducer rotates a shaft with spiral blades within the sealed circular tube. Grains enter through the inlet and are propelled axially along the tube wall by the thrust of the spiral blades, eventually exiting through the outlet. The entire process achieves stable and continuous conveying through the balance between blade thrust and material gravity.

In June 2025, a large Russian grain depot needed a long-distance, high-capacity grain conveyor line between its newly built flat warehouse and deep-processing workshop. We provided a non-standard customized solution, thickening the screw blades, adding two sets of suspension bearings in the middle, and specially designing the inlet and outlet according to the silo bottom height.
